As a part of its CARE initiative for improving citizen engagement, Pune Municipal Corporation is now focusing on converting potential of its employees to performance. One of the ways of achieving this goal is appreciating and rewarding the efforts put in by its employees; in other words, felicitating top performing employees.
PMC provided certificates to officers for their achievements based on citizen feedback. All the valuable feedback which you provide for every complaint resolved is recorded and evaluated to score the employees for their performances.
Based on the ratings obtained for closed complaints in the month of Feb-March 2017, PMC rewarded three PMC officers, one ward and one department as the best performers.

Aundh was felicitated for being the top performing ward office for the month of January 2017.
Top Performing Department:
PMC’s Solid Waste Management (SWM) department were awarded the “Top Performing Department” for the month of January 2017. The department has won this award for second consecutive time.
As PMC aims to deliver services to citizens and engage with them even more, such employee engagement initiatives will go a long way to achieve this goal.
